ABOUT US ENTRY WAIVER SERVICES

US Entry Waiver Services Ltd. is Canada’s most trusted authority on U.S. border crossing and inadmissibility solutions. Our founder is a former U.S. federal officer, former Washington State law enforcement officer, and former U.S. Department of Defense official. With over 30 years of combined experience across multiple U.S. government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Protective Service, he has personally trained U.S. immigration lawyers and analyzed thousands of border-related cases.

Unlike law firms or consultants, we specialize exclusively in U.S. entry waivers, border denials, and inadmissibility cases. Our intelligence-driven approach provides unmatched insight into CBP practices, giving Canadians the highest level of guidance in navigating complex U.S. immigration issues. Whether it’s misrepresentation, criminality, or other grounds of inadmissibility, we help clients understand whether they even need a waiver - and if so, how to approach it the smart way.

Based in Surrey, BC, and serving all of Canada, US Entry Waiver Services Ltd. is the clear choice for people serious about crossing the border with authorization and confidence.

While I am still in the process of completing my Juris Doctor (JD), our success is driven by decades of real-world experience and deep legal knowledge. Once I obtain my JD, I will be able to represent clients in U.S. criminal court, expanding our services even further. However, what sets us apart now—and what our clients value most—is our proven ability to resolve even the most challenging U.S. border issues, an area where traditional legal training alone often falls short.

Standing with You Every Step of the Way

What makes US Entry Waiver Services Ltd. different from other law firms or Canadian immigration consultants?

Well, first of all, we are not Canadian immigration consultants, nor do we do or have ever done that type of work. Unlike traditional law firms, we specialize exclusively in U.S. entry waivers, border denials, and inadmissibility cases. Our intelligence-driven approach is built on decades of real-world U.S. federal and law enforcement experience, giving Canadians precise guidance on complex US immigration issues only.

The organization was founded by a former U.S. federal officer and Department of Defense official with more than 30 years of experience across multiple U.S. government agencies, and also a Washington State law enforcement agency.

Our background spans law enforcement, defense, and immigration law intelligence. We have analyzed thousands of border cases, trained U.S. immigration lawyers, and conducted seminars on border-crossing issues.

While we are not a traditional law firm, we provide strategic immigration law intelligence and guidance. Once our founder completes his Juris Doctor (JD), he will also be able to represent clients directly in U.S. criminal court.

We handle U.S. Entry Waivers, Emergency Port Parole Filings, Visa Preparation, and Border Crossing Seminars designed to help clients regain travel authorization and navigate complex U.S. border issues.

With over 30 years of combined experience in U.S. federal service and law enforcement, we are recognized as Canada’s most trusted authority on border entry and inadmissibility solutions.
